Minor, no parking on site, but expected as it is located smack dab in the city centre.

Large apartment that was great for our family group. Right in the heart of old Verona.

Location is amazing. It was such an easy walk to all the main attractions. Communication was fantastic and staff helpful, it was clear where we had to go and what we had to do for check in/check out. The apartment is as advertised with accurate photos. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Wifi was fast and reliable.

Very minor things which didn't affect our stay but may be a consideration for some. There was a mild smell of smoke which seems to come on with the air conditioning or perhaps from a previous renter.

Very central. Air conditioning that worked well. Very clean. Camilla was super helpful (thank you Camilla!) Coffee and tea facilities provided, nearby supermarket to get stuff. Huge TV and good A/C to watch Olympics during the 38C heat of the day!

Very strange decor. Very white decor with monochrome wall prints including crumbling frescoes, cadavers, road work lights etc! Very noisy A/C Uncomfortable furniture apart from the dining set and one sofa. Mattress needs replacing and shower repainting. Rest of staff (not Camilla) not exactly helpful!!!

Location is very good, in the center. The apartment is good for a short stay, if you just need a place, nothing cosy or fancy.

Parking was pretty hard to find. The communication was good, until the moment we arrived, then we were standing outside the gates for 10min waiting for the keys (it was late evening after very hard day and trip, so it was annoying). The apartment itself is pretty sad, everything is kind of renewed, painted, but paints are going off.
