"Superb"

The staff was very helpful. The location was excellent. They have got concierge service for your cars.

The tv not worked properly but they fixed it soon. And sofas not so comfortable.

The location was brilliant - close to the Arena, all historical city and its attractions. It is a very spacious, well furnished and comfortable apartment.

We did love it, but a couple of little things - the bedroom on the top floor has some flooring which is in need of repair as it is a trip hazard. Also the showers in both bathrooms need new fixings and heads.

"A night at the opera"

We were a grouo of 6 and we only stayed one night. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Lots of facilities included but we didn't use most of them. The location was perfect for the centre of town. It was great that we could drop our bags off early and that there was a safe store for them until we left. Everyone was very helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Description said air con but there wasn't any - would have been nice. Not sure how uncomfortable it would feel in the summer. Shower heads were very loose and need some adjustment to work properly.

Very spacious apartment in the heart of Verona, a mere two minute walk away from Juliet's house. Valeria was a real gem, she always responded immediately and was very helpful with making sure we had a great stay. Will definitely recommend and re-book if I am ever back in Verona. Thank you Valeria!

The decor was delightful and layout was great for 4 adult women. The location was perfect.

As our family is very tall we kept hitting our heads on the slanted ceiling in the laundry😂

"Fantastic apartment in Verona"

Great, freshly renovated apartment. Excellent lounges, comfortable beds, good kitchen, great bathrooms. So spacious and stylishly decorated. Excellent location - central but quiet. Everything was walkable - 30 mins level walk from Porto Nuovo Station. Host gave lots of great tips for restaurants, things to do, getting there etc.
