THEATER VENICE APARTMENT

We liked everything about the apartment! We were able to check in earlier at our request and check out later for an additional fee, which was very convenient. We traveled with a one-year-old child. We were provided with a crib and a high chair for free. Thank you very much. We will be happy to come back again when we are in Venice!

L'appartamento è davvero spazioso, pulito e dotato di vari confort.

A localização era perfeita, perto de um centro comercial super gostoso, ao lado do shopping (apesar de não termos ido) a 2 minutos a pé de uma avenida onde pudemos pegar o ônibus para Veneza. Os atendimentos do Sr. Ricky antes de nossa chegada, bem como da Yamelli ao nos entregar as chaves e explicar tudo, foram impecáveis. Ambos se preocuparam com nossa estadia, com as dúvidas, ficaram disponíveis para nos indicar locais pra comer, melhor maneira de visitar Veneza. Como chegamos mais cedo do que o check-in, foram solícitos ao nos deixar guardar as malas, para termos mais comodidade. Vale lembrar que o apartamento é muito grande, para algo do século XIX.

Incredibly spacious and well kept apartment, great amenities and restaurants nearby, very friendly and helpful host, comfortable bed, less than a 10 min walk to the bus stop to get to Venice and a 16 min walk to the train station

Lots of stairs and no elevator (though this was advertised and common in Europe)

Putting the issue of the 54 steps and no parking on site to one side, we liked the space and light of the apartment and the close proximity to transport links to Venice. Lots of atmosphere around the centre.

"Parking on site" is misleading. The car park is four minutes walk to the door of the building and added £40 to our bill (three day stay). Once you get to the block there are fifty four steps to the apartment which is very hard work carrying luggage. Nowhere in any of the information does it tell you this before you book so beware! Also beware of pickpockets on the bus to Venice. We lost quite a bit of money.

Spacious. Comfortable. Centrally located for Mestre. Since my stay the kitchen has been redesigned and renovated, and they've added an extra bathroom, which can only make things better. There's a bakery and sandwich shop in the Galleria beneath the apartment for an easy breakfast or snack. Our preference was to catch the train into Venice, which meant a fifteen minute walk to the station but a more enjoyable experience than riding the bus.

Having to drop off the rubbish in the municipal street depot at the end of the stay was a learning curve as it wasn't a bin but an underground 'skip' fed by a chute; new to us. In fairness it was relatively close but not something you want to do when you're heading to the airport. I would be happy to let the cleaners do it.

The apartment was great and very easy to get into Venice for sightseeing. Clean and comfortable.
