Owner very responsive and friendly provided us with useful information, location very good right in the center of Mester close to bus station & other amenities, apartment very spacious perfect for 2 couples or family with kids

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment which is located in a beautiful area of Mestre with the bus stop for Venice just 2 minutes walk away. Riccardo was very helpful in communications and recommendations for our stay. Perfect place to stay!

A lot of stairs to climb.

Good location to use as a base for Venice - easy to get a Bus or the Train. Euro Spar shop is up the road. There is not a lot to do in Mestre so would recommend spending the bulk of the time in Venice itself. Host was friendly and helped us find where a few things were. Very good value for money.

Midnight-8am is meant to be silent time but people sit at the bars a lot, 5.30am you are awoken by one of the shops and 7.30 the church bells ring too.

The property is spacious, bright and comfortable, well located in Mestre city centre, with good links to Venice lagoon islands. It was nice to stay over in the 'normal part of Venice' where ordinary people leave, which is delightful, whilst being able to reach the Venice lagoon islands in about 15 minutes by public transport - best of both worlds! It also made suitable location for visiting Verona, lake Garda and exploring further afield Veneto region. There are plenty of supermarkets, eating places and restaurants around; in addition, the property has reasonably well equipped kitchen sufficient for cooking simple meals. The host Giovanni is very kind and helpful, always available for any extra questions and support, if required. He would answer any questions very quickly. I warmly recommend Theater Venice Apartment for visiting Venice and hope to come again!

No lift, need to use stairs to the second floor, but this is understandable in a period building such as this one. 2 floors was a good exercise....

No elevator; and is not a second floor it’s an the 3 floor. Dificulte to go upstairs with luggage.

very big apartment (3 double beds), well equipped, located inside large commercial and restaurant complex (candiani center) 2 minutes walk from bus to Venice.

carry suitcases to 2nd floor. pay for parking.
