The apartment is located in the area of ​​a small fishing port, 20 minutes away from the center by car or about 25 minutes by train. The place is full of restaurants and 1 nice bar - 30 seconds from the apartment. The area is Fisherman's with a lot of smell of fish and sea. There are no attractions nearby, but it is very convenient for dinner without the need to travel long distances. Nearby there is a restaurant offering great breakfast and coffee - a wide variety of items and friendly staff. The apartment is spacious (there were 4 of us) and well organized. Cleanliness was excellent! The beds are comfortable with new sheets and quality pillows. The host is easily accessible and quick to respond to questions. Kind and warm attitude towards us! Thanks!

The disadvantage is that when one bathroom is used, the water flows more slowly in the other. At first there is a feeling of dampness, but this is logical, the apartment is next to the sea. It is located under a bridge, but the place is extremely quiet.

The location is very nice, just in front of a small fisherman harbour. The location is also extremely quite and no noise can be heard at all. Hardly recommended. The host was also very caring and polite.

Carmelita, the hostess, was always available to answer our questions via chat. The apartment was spacious and the roof terrace with Mount Etna view was a real bonus. The Lacciughetta Fish & Cocktail which is just around the corner (2 minute walk) is well worth a visit.

If you are returning to the apartment on a weekday afternoon, expect heavy traffic that will add 20-30 minutes to your drive. We also experienced an unpleasant surprise when the rear lights of our rental car were stolen when we parked on the street in front of the apartment door as suggested by the owner.

Next to the fisherman port… with amazing view on the Etna! Great restaurant around the house.

The house is great. It offers a beautiful rooftop terrace view and the interior is also nice.

The area is a little bit shaggy and it takes you some minutes of scooter ride to get to the city centre

Wonderful, modern and spatious house. Absolutely loved the terrace! We had everything we needed. Perfect location in Ognina (= so much better place than central Catania). Super friendly and very responsive host. We can't wait to come back!

Great location, clean, new and tidy house, and the private balcony with a view of the harbor is really amazing!
