Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sauber und die Lage zentral. Sie half bei ztl zone, um die sie sich gekümmert hat, so dass wir unbesorgt nach Ortygia fahren konnten

Man konnte schlecht duschen weil kein Wasserdruck da war. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, sodass Schlafen nachts schwierig war

Posizione centrale e le dettagliate indicazioni della proprietaria circa le strade da percorrere per evitare sanzioni. Casa molto accogliente

Box doccia pulito ed in ordine, ma un po' datato

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente in posizione ottima, carino e funzionale molto dosponibile e cortese la persona di riferimento..

Bagno senza bidet e problemi di umidità.

Muy cómodo. Además de la habitación, tiene otro ambiente con cocina y una mesa. Todo impecable. Todo nuevo, aparenta estar acondicionado hace poco. Con utensilios y otros detalles para comodidad del pasajero. Delia estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Parking a pocos metros.

Poca presión del agua. Para ducharse era algo incómodo. El edificio se está refaccionando, es probable que ese tema se solucione.

Everything! In particular the host, Delia. Whilst we didn’t meet in person her communication and assistance when I had an issue with my credit card during the stay was absolutely wonderful. Delia sent detailed instructions as to how to arrive and check in to the apartment so the process was made very simple. Any questions I had were answered efficiently and recommendations given for local spots. The apartment is set in a quiet, cute little alleyway off a small Piazza and easy walking distance to any of the sights and eateries in Ortigia. The apartment was simple but had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would stay again!
