Delightful Carbonesi || The Place Bo Apartments

The decoration of the house was very nice, it was suitable for staying with family. We stayed with our 11 month old baby. It was close to everywhere, the host tried to find solutions to the problems. There was enough equipment in the kitchen, which we liked very much. It was a quiet, peaceful home. We would like to stay at this terrace floor again in the spring and summer months.

For this reason, we had a little difficulty with the 11-month-old baby in the attic. There was also air conditioning, but when the house temperature reached a certain degree, everything turned off. Thanks to the host, he tried to find a solution, but unfortunately it was not enough according to the law. That's why winter vacation can be easy for adults in this house, but it is difficult with a baby. Secondly, the places that appeared in the house were clean, but again, thanks to our crawling baby, we saw that under the beds and the carpet were not clean enough. Since it was a vacuum cleaner, I cleaned it again. We pay extra attention to things that we normally wouldn't pay attention to because of the baby. As the negative feature of the old and beautiful building, there is no elevator, and the fact that it has a baby carriage is one of the reasons that compels us.

The appartmant is really nice, good for a long stay. There is everything you need full equipmen kitchen, loundry room, two bathrooms, iron for clothes .. The location is excelent. The lighting is really nice and the whole place have some nice vibe! We like it really !

The appartmant need some BIG DEEP cleaning! We were with a baby who is crawling and there was a lot of dust everywhere ... the carpet from white is black , the walking closet was full with dust and towels everywhere ... The appartmant is at the highest floor and have no lift, and we had to leave the baby stroller at 1st floor, lucky every morning was there haha. This place can go easy to 10 with a little effort!

Location was excellent. Short walk to Piazza Maggiore. Apartment was well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Owner answered our calls promptly.

5 flights of stairs to carry up your luggage and climb every time. Needed a few more instructions written out, for example, how to connect to wifi. Had to contact owner for several things, everytime we had a question. Seemed like a waste of our time. If there had been an instructions list it would have been easier. Not enough supplies in apartment for example towels in kitchen to dry and not enough toilet paper in unit.

Door locks were very difficult. wish there was paper towels, kitchen linens, and 1-2 days worth of coffee and sugar. We left some sugar and coffee for the next guests.

Apartment is on perfect location. Apartment was clean and spacious. There are 3 air condition units in apartment well located for hot summer days. Kitchen was very nice. in short, perfect place for families.

Parking was listed in Booking as one of facilities. When we made the reservation and paid for it, we were informed that we can park on parking lot 900 meters from apartment. We also didn't like the fact that owner didn't inform us that the street in which the apartment is located is closed due to renovation. Since the streets in Bologna center are mostly one-way, we had an issue with navigation and we had to park the car few hundred meters away and carry the bags. Afterwards we found out the easier way. They should have just told us, it would be much easier. Apart from that... everything was perfect.
