Delightful Carbonesi || The Place Bo Apartments

Perfect location, a spacious and clean apartment that made our stay in Bologna wonderful.

The location

I emphasized that we were staying with a baby, yet the apartment was initially cold and took over 12 hours to heat up. Communication seems mostly one-way when the host has service information to announce; getting a reply to your inquiries is close to impossible. Considering the 50-euro cleaning fee, the apartment could have been much cleaner. Additionally, the sofa in the living room is very unpleasant to sleep on.

The location. The flat itself was vey nice.

Hosts completely unresponsive to repeated communications. We did not feel welcome at all. Sofa bed collapsing. No wine glasses, only 1 champagne glass. No kettle and saucepan dirty. No welcome notes or instructions for wifi or TV. One small 20mil bottle of shower gel, no shampoo, no conditioner.

Staff didn’t answer messages poor service TV didn’t work & was in Greek No jug Freezer was so frozen it was unavailable Shower rose didn’t work properly No Tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing powder or anything supplied. Very inflexible with 3pm check in

Fantastic location, great shops cafes nearby

No instructions on arrival to operate washing machine, TV, dishwasher etc....especially for non Italian speakers. No cleaning products readily available for simple cleaning of dishes. (also no toilet paper?) We host in NZ & so simple to have this on bench as you walk in with a brief welcome note...wouldn't have had to message host while there. Constuctive comments NOT negative by any means. Also think the freezer need serious defrosting.

There was no coffee or tea sadly. Remove the broken chair.
