An excellent, comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Bed was firm but comfortable, I had seven excellent sleeps. Massimo was very helpful.

The stairs up to the second floor could be an issue for those with mobility issues.

It was clean and comfortable and right in the old part of town.

+Nice location +There was a free parking spot 5min walk from the flat that was a surprise for us +A/C was working fine +Modern entrance to the falt, no keys needed, just code provided by host earlier, so one less item to carry and worry. +We had a discount to very nice restaurant nearby

-If you have a lot of luggage it might be a bit uncomfortable to carry it there, since no parking directly allowed, and no elevator. However this is a minor thing.

Excellent facilities everything you could need, very clean, perfect location will definitely be staying here again.

Very easy access with door code. Great location In centre of town with walking access to bars and restaurants. Would recommend for younger couples/friends looking for a clean and convenient apartment.

Air conditioning not working for our stay, meaning a very restless night with no sleep in high temperatures/humidity the night before wedding for my wife. Lively area of town therefore not suitable if you are looking for an early night.

A nice apartment in the very heart of Malcesine, a few steps from the lake and all the restaurants and bars. Very clean and spacious, but not really suitable for two couples. There is air-conditioning to save you from the heat during summer. The kitchen is well-equipped for a weekend stay. Good value for money in general.

Not really suitable for two couples (even though the description says it's for 4 people). There is a separate bedroom and a sofa in the living room which doesn't provide privacy. A bit noisy from the street, and no basic toiletries are provided (except toilet paper and towels).

Location right in the center. Clean, large and comfortable apartment.
