The property was within easy walking distance to the ferry as well as bus station, as well as numerous restaurants. It was clean and had all the facilities we needed.

It was noisy t times being located on a busy pedestrian street.

Perfect location in the middle of everything and extremely helpful host. We got a welcoming gift and discount from restaurant nearby. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for three of us. There was also a toaster, a kettle, a fridge and a washing machine. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and spacious apartment. Massimo was very helpful. Great location for exploring the town and day trips. The coded door locks were really handy as it meant we didn't need to carry around a key.

It was a bit loud at night. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and the aircon didn't work - this didn't matter for our time of year.

too many steps to reach the apartment in the third floor. bed is uncomfortable. some of the TV channels are unstable

Very good location in Malcesine, close to the lake.

Location, cleanliness, laundry, plenty of space. This is not a negative, rather providing information. Because of the prime location, you hear the liveliness until the bars and restaurants close at about midnight so you may want to shut the window.
