Cambridge Villas Private Studio Lytham St Annes

The property was perfect, the location was great and it was easy to park close by. Although, it had everything we needed and was a comfortable place to stay. Host was lovely and very communicative.

The owners have thought of everthing. It really is a great place for us to visit family.

Excellent location for me/my dog's needs in the pet friendly accommodation. Jenny was a lovely host, replenishing my 'essentials' packages. The studio apartment was very clean with all necessary amenities. Will definitely look up for availability next year.

As the studio was the front room of the house and not a separate annexe, i was unable to turn the heating on myself when chilly or to a higher heat, probably as it was on the household system. Householders slamming front door coming in or out of the property was a bit annoying.

A perfect little home from home. Close to all the amenities beautiful St Annes has to offer, beach, shops, restaurants, pubs. Would recomend.

Perfectly located, beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. Lovely breakfast basket, fresh orange juice and milk in the fridge plus everything you could need shampoo, conditioner to make your stay perfect. Great communication from the host who could not have been more helpful. A little gem!

Absolutely nothing!

Everything was lovely and comfy in the studio, just a short walk, and you're in St Anne's centre, a little further on, and you're at the beach ⛱️ A massive thank you for letting me check in early so I could start my break after arriving by train at lunchtime.

It was all great, nothing I didn't like.

Lovely stay. Great, friendly communication. Nice little touches eg milk, shampoo, cereal boxes, tea and coffee. 10 minute walk into St Annes
