Cambridge Villas Private Studio Lytham St Annes

Very handy for us as we were church bell ringing one of the churches was almost next door/ Well equipped little kitchen with sink, fridge freezer, microwave two hotplates. Host provides continental breakfast but also told us of a great butchers who also did meals we went there for a cooked breakfast on the Saturday

Nice sleigh bed but maybe too big for the room struggled to find space for suit case towels a little small

Communication with the hosts was amazing. The room was ready for our arrival, was a good space, clean tidy, and everything that could have wanted or needed. The location was nice, and wasnt too far from the local town. It was quiet and peaceful. Lovely spot.

This was a perfect stay contact was superb and very dog friendly as is the location..Shower bed and cooking facilities perfect Already looking forward to our next stay we had such a good time highly recommended

Very comfortable and clean, had everything we needed for our stay, didn't need to contact owner at any stage, amenities close buy and access to public transport nearby too, would highly recommend.
