Penthouse Alentejana

Quanto à propriedade excelente....cozinha equipada com tudo necessário para fazer refeições em família. Casa decorada com gosto, camas confortáveis e wc simpático Terraço exterior fantástico para refeições em família, com churrasqueira, mesa e espreguiçadeiras. Quanto à localização, um pouco afastada das praias mas relativamente perto do centro! Perto de minimercados, farmácias e comércio local Para chegar ao centro 5minutos a pé e das praias 5minutos de carro.

Pena a zona estar praticamente a ser explorada por indianos (nada contra), mas tudo excessivamente caro, para fazer compras mais acessiveis é preciso explorar a zona mais distante!

O apartamento tem muita luz e é muito espaçoso. O sofá é muito confortável e a cozinha pratica. O terraço é uma grande mais valia e as refeições foram todas fora.

Da localização: apesar de ter um ponto a favor que é ter a Padaria CEIFEIRA pertissimo, as ruas do bairro da Cerca das Arvores são muito sujas .. e falta uma vista para uma área verde ou mais natural.. as escadas são quentes no verão. A casa de banho é pequena

La ubicación es muy buena porque está a 15 minutos andando del centro, es decir, no está metido en el centro donde es dificil aparcar y hay mucho trafico. Además, la terraza es genial, el salón es muy amplio y la estancia en general es cómoda y práctica. Estaba muy limpio.

Es un segundo sin ascensor. En general, está muy bien. Por poner alguna pega, no había bolsas de basura, ni papel de cocina o papel de aluminio. El cubo de basura no tiene separador de tipos de basura y no es muy cómodo.

Loved the penthouse. Amazing deck, comfy beds, quiet location - we have no complaints about the accommodations.

Our issues were with the communications. The host sent me a message via booking.com with restaurants recommendations the morning of our check in date. I thanked her and asked where we would pick up the key. We were walking the Fisherman's path so I figured I would get an answer later. I next had wifi at lunch. No answer. I asked again how we were to get in. We finished our hike and found the house and waited on the stoop. I found some local wifi and kept walking back to it and texting every 15-20 minutes with no answer for 2 hours We had now not heard a peep for over 9 hrs and finally we decided to call on my friend's phone (10€ to activate for 1 day) and she finally sent that phone info how to get the key (thank goodness my friend insisted on activating her phone as I had mo confidence in getting her as she had not responded to almost a dozen messages over hours). After playing with the key for some time (2nd key is fine, 1st key is tricky) we finally got in the apartment and looked for wifi codes (left easy to find in every other place we stayed). Texted again as we had paid for the day's data. No response until the next morning. It is glued to the router BEHIND the tv and pretty faded. So after 20€ (2 days activating an international phone) we finally had access and wifi.

Very spacious apartment, with a big dining table and all the necessary utilities (including dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and washing machine). Massive patio with a big table and chairs. Nice good-size rooms too.

The only issue was the hot water, there was only enough for a quick 5-6 minutes shower in total. Then, we had a wait for a while for it to warm up again. Everything else was perfect.
