The location is excellent, and the apartments are exceptionally clean. Just a minute’s walk away, there is a lovely pedestrian street, and within a few minutes, you can find several grocery stores. The WiFi is strong, making it perfect for remote work. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and spotless, and the kitchenette is well-maintained. The blinds are convenient to use. Additionally, the laundry room is well-equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron, which is great for long-term stays.

However, there are significant downsides. Upon arrival, there was no drinking water available, and after a five-hour flight, we had to walk in the dark to the nearest small store. Not the best welcome experience. The kitchenware is extremely limited—we had to constantly wash dishes because there weren’t enough. There were no tea cups, very few glasses, cutlery, and plates, no kitchen scissors, no stock of dishwashing detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, or trash bags. Even basic essentials like salt, sugar, and laundry detergent were missing. We had to spend quite a bit to make the apartment livable, even buying a vegetable peeler. I was tempted to buy some mugs but managed to resist. The biggest issue is the overall organization and communication. They have very poor English skills and lack the ability to coordinate, manage, and communicate with guests properly. This significantly ruined the experience. One last frustration—the parking instructions only explained how to enter but not how to exit! It took us a week to realize we needed to use the key for the elevator. Overall, the stay had great potential, but the poor management and lack of basic amenities left a bad impression.

The apartment is very nice, cozy and stylish. Location is very good, close to the park and the city center.

The kitchen elements need repair and some of the appliances replacement. The washing machine can no longer be used.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very clean and located 100 meter away from the next bus stop. There are supermarket, bars and restaurants near by.

Nice location, very good area. Very comfortable beds and simplistic but stylish decor. Big apartment.

Smelly fridge, broken kitchen fridge door very noisy. Only one very small knife available to cut properly, wooden boards not very higienic, no shampoo or soaps for shower. Imposible parking.

Spacious and cosy, clean, well equipped, located near the center, park nearby, parking on premises, air conditioner, easy self check in and out.

Light modern apartment, comfy beds, easily spacious enough for 4 guests

I had to unblock the shower myself as it flood the bathroom .. no iron or board and the kitchen was ill equipped, lacking in mugs (only two for four guests) and glasses
