Lavaderos Suites

Comfortable, light and airy feel, very well appointed kitchen, plenty of storage space. Strong WiFi. Short walk to the city. Secure off round parking.

For us we can't fault it.

The only positive note is the location, but it’s not enough to justify such a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend staying here.

I had a very disappointing experience at Lavaderos Suites. Although check-in was supposed to be available from 3 PM, we arrived at 4 PM, collected the keys, and entered the apartment — only to find it completely dirty: unmade bed, bathroom not cleaned, trash still inside, and no sign of housekeeping. We immediately called the property, and they asked us to leave and return around 8 PM, offering no alternative or proper apology. This was extremely inconvenient, as we had to spend hours outside after a long journey, without being able to settle in. I later contacted both the property and Booking.com to request a partial refund. The property initially replied saying they would consult with their financial department, but since then, they have not followed up despite multiple reminders.

It is a clean, modern and bright apartment. The location is good. It's close to a park, next to the Ramblas, within walking distance to the city center. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Since it's close to the Ramblas, it was a bit noisy, and we could hear garbage trucks collected garbage in the middle of the night.

Central Location near the city center of the capital of tenerife. If you got a rental car you can quickly achieve all highlights of the north, center and east of the island.

Parking in the garage costs extra charges so totally it's a little bit too expensive.

Really great place, has a washer and nice kitchen, it's probably better suited for longer stays but enjoyed it even for 2 nights.
