The Property owner never responded to my question/information requested. They disregarded my communication on whatsapp and phone. Due to panic I cancelled, never checked it due to their non-communications. I must get the money back. I have not seen any of the property owners so un-professional. I WANT THE FULL REFUND, OR I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION.

They never Replied me. They charged me even though I did not stay as they did not respond.

"I would highly recommend Sweet Apartments and would stay there again"

The apartment had everything I needed including an extra duvet that I requested as I get cold in winter. The apartment had heating but I do not like heating on at night hence my request for an extra duvet. The apartment was very light and I loved the shutters that could be closed, if I wanted to. The apartment was very clean. It had everything I needed: from cutlery & crockery to washing liquid & tea towel and everything that is listed on the apartment description. It has a television but I didn't get to watch much. It's a lovely place to stay any time of the year. There's a wonderful coffee shop just round the corner, who also serve lunch. Also other nearby places to eat but if you wish to do your own cooking, Lidls is not too far away and within walking distance.

There wasn't anything to dislike about the apartment. If was perfect.
