Close to beach

Based on recent reviews it may seem like previous complaints have been addressed when there were no complaints, but no. Smells like sewage, mold on the ceiling above the window facing the street. The floor was full of water after a rainstorm. Leaking windows. The fridge is still making noise, the hot water tank above the kitchen sink starts to drip periodically... Sent a message to the owner why there was no water trap installed in the bathroom sink to avoid odors... No response from the owner. Stay away from the entire apartment. Not a serious landlord.

stuff super friendly and willing to help about everthing. You should be aware before booking that its really problematic getting parking around the neighborhood. We managed to find every night some 10 minutes away from apt by walking, no prblem for us. Apt is well equipped, on solid location, minutes from beach. Its big and has good working wi fi.
