Moterway noice building work obsturtion driling noice and harming very bad

The only not normal issue was that owner complained about something to do with the blanket. First of all why I received complaint in Spanish, second explanation as to what happened and third, owner had to send photo of damage along with explanation. For this purpose I will not pay anything to the owner. He obviously wants to make some more money. I am with booking.com for many years, traveling around the world and its for the first time received soch crazy claim. Thanks

The location was amazing, so close to the beach and shops. It's a beautiful area with a nice view from the apartment lounge windows. It was quite clean and had all the amenities we needed, e.g. kitchen, washing machine, shower, etc.

The shower went cold or really hot after a few minutes. The wifi was slow and stopped working many times during our stay. There were marks on the sheets of the bed, and there's existing damages in the apartment that hadn't been fixed. We also weren't notified of construction work that started around 8am and continued into the day.l (very loud!)

when I arrived there were a few shoddy things about the state of the apartment. That said, the people who looked after it sorted straight away, so they deserve praise. Noise from working in the building.

Nothing all was good

Everything was great, the location, the flat is certainly not new, but for a holiday is just right. Quiet, sometimes there was some noise of some builders in the morning. But as we fell in love with Gran Canaria we didn't care. Sylvia was quick to respond and advise on any questions we had. We will definitely come back ! Thank you !
