Apartamentos Las Canteras Arena

The location was perfect, so close to playa las canteras. It was much larger than I expected and a laundry machine was included which was so helpful.

My only complaint is that there was only one trash bin, there was not one in the bathroom.

Walking distance to the beach. Stores for food and shopping very near the apartment. Very clean.

The side that looks out over the water is right on the expressway. Constant noise. And before you rent this place you may want to ask if there is still construction going on. It’s on both sides of the building. Very noisy the whole 10 days I was there. Weekdays the construction (drilling, pounding, truck beeping, etc..) started around 8am until almost 6pm. I asked to be moved or receive a discount and the manager said I could be moved but no discount since the construction was not his fault. No apartment became available the 10 days I was there. Great location, easy access, and spacious rooms.

There is a construction site in front of the building, and a huge road with lots of traffic, so the windows are in need of soundproofing.

This is apartmentm not hotel.

Constroction noize for the first 3 days, next door

Excellent central location, very secure building, close to shops and beach. Apartment was very tidy, clean, well-equipped with everything you need. Particularly nice to have a cooktop, laundry, etc.

The main road is right outside the building so there is often traffic noise throughout the day and night. Not heard so much in the bedroom as it is placed a little further back, but continual traffic noise in the living / dining / kitchen area.

Ideally situated near „Playa las Canteras“ and well equipped this apartment is managed by extremely nice personel.

Great Location clean and tidy

the property is next a construction site the digging and all the construction is next to you , you can’t stay inside the place from 7 Am till 5 Pm the vibration and the noise cannot be supported, had to stay outside most of the times because , not even possible to work from there or rest or sleep in the morning if , property should notify for this you book the place , or make special price at least , the construction site seems will be there for weeks maybe months , it’s an entire building under renovations
