"Minderleistung trotz hohem Preis"

Zentrale Lage

Trotz Ankündigung in der Beschreibung gab es in den 21 Tagen keinen Lift; bisher hat sich der Vermieter nicht auf eine Mietminderung eingelassen. Mit 73 Jahren mußte ich mich mehrfach am Tag in die 4. Etage quälen. Im Haus war jedoch eine Baustelle mit Lärm und viel Staub bis in das Appartement.

La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento súper cómodo y muy completo.

Estaban de obras en la comunidad y nos despertaron con las máquinas a las 8.30h casi todos los dias.

"Apartamento con acceso pésimo."

Estaba limpio, y tenía los utensilios justitos para dos personas.

El acceso al portal, necesita una adecuación urgente, con ese acceso no tendria que tener permiso de habitabilidad.

Ingen ved ankomst til aftalt tid. En fortravlet mand kom dog løbende og låste os ind. Kun en enkelt nøgle udleveret. WIFI virkede ikke men vi fandt en anden løsning. Det bedste var altanen med udsigt til strand. Man får hvad man betaler for. Kommer ikke igen.
