Our car was towed while staying here. Terrible experience. I'm a regular traveler with Genius 3, and an incident like this has never happened to me ever. It cost us 186 euros to get our car back. We were told we could park a car in front of the building when checking in. There were 6 cars already lined up in front of the building and only space left for us was this tiny space near pedestrian’s road. We ended up partially taking up pedestrian’s road and that was probably a reason why the car was towed on Saturday afternoon. I believe it is a host’s job to make sure there is enough space for a visitor’s car when rooms are properly paid. He also could have given us information to park elsewhere, but there was none. When I asked them for compensation after checking out, they replied me in Spanish blaming “bad parking skills” and ran in the middle of conversation. Never in my life, car was towed. Never told “poor parking skills” by a host or really anyone. I still would like to ask if the host honestly thinks he has zero responsibility on this.

Location was spot on

Located at a perfect spot to cross over to Gibraltar without having to pay the ridiculous hotel prices there! The rooms were cosy, quiet and comfortable, the entire apartment was homely. Loved the kitchen and the serving window, I was able to keep an eye on our daughter without keep having to leave the room whilst cooking dinner! Parking was literally right on the door stop which came as a relief considering La Linea can be a difficult place to find parking. We will be back no doubt!

We did have a slight issue with the internet connection the first day that was promptly solved by Cocha, some of the plates and dishes in the cabinet were dusty from being unused for a while but a apart from that I can't really say there was anything I didn't like.

Clean and well equiped. Well located for walking into Gibraltar.

Only a few minutes walk from Gibraltar and free on street parking.

The location was great, just a 8 minute walk to the Gibraltar border.Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped. Plenty of hot water.

The only criticism was the internet,very slow, even with just one person trying to get on line.
