Towels are changed twice a week. Please note that external visitors are not accepted. Good clean spacious apartment excellent customer service great location

Very disappointed with the change to the pool times, not allowed to enter the pool area till 11am way too late, keeping children out till that time, even sun beds were out of bounds till 11am

La posizione è Super!! A pochi passi dal mare e da supermercati e Ristoranti. A giorni alterni viene pulita la camera e vengono sostituiti gli asciugamani, cambio biancheria una volta a settimana. La terrazza è molto bella ed ho ricevuto anche una camera con vista mare che ha reso il mio soggiorno davvero stupendo, il resto lo fa Gran Canaria un Isola straordinaria.

Le camere e la struttura andrebbero rinnovate, soprattutto i letti... Ma è anche vero che rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono.

"Non e una struttura accogliente"

La posizione e le pulizie, cambio lenzuola, asciugamani ed il letto confortevole.

La manutenzione,porta del ingresso sono rimasta con la maniglia in mano per una settimana l' abbiamo aperta solo con la chiave. Nel primo appartamento ho rischiato che il doccino mi cadesse in testa perché non era stabile quando aprivi il rubinetto non stava fermo invece nel secondo appartamento quando aprivi il doccino allagavi mezzo bagno. Insomma manca la manutenzione normale un po di accuratezza.
