Property Notes

All guests are requested to specify the total number of adults and children staying in the apartment. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation. Please note that any extra person that not included in the original booking that will be accommodated in the apartment must pay an extra charge of EUR 15 per night. If arriving after 18:00, guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. Apartments are cleaned 1 time a week, and sheets are changed once a week. Towels are changed twice a week. Please note that external visitors are not accepted. Guests should respect others staying at the property and keep noise to a minimum.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
