Very nice owner, safe and clean

I recently stayed at Service apartment in Kolkata and couldn't be happier. The place was spotlessly clean, making my stay cozy and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Park Street, with its vibrant culture, dining, and shopping. Plus, if you're here for US visa fingerprints, the office is just a 2-minute walk away. If I return to Kolkata, I’ll definitely choose this apartment again. Highly recommended! Aneesh

People are very warm and welcoming

Room was very small additionally I thought it will be a lot bigger and better.

The hosts were exceptionally cordial and I was shown my room personally by them and all facilities available were explained in detail. Madhuri, the elderly domestic help made breakfast and served it lovingly. It felt like home. The location is marvellous. Anyone who wants to be in the centre of Kolkata could not have asked for a better place. I was provided keys to the main entrance as well as my room so access was so easy. I would recommend this Service Apartment to anyone including ladies travelling alone or with young children. Safety is also well looked after

location is excellent because of its proximity of Park Street. Attendant Ms Madhuri didi is caring and loving personality. She and the property owners namely Mr Rajesh and Ms Urvashi Marvah are nice persons and now are part of our whatsapp community.

cleanliness. very very clean. would like to have more variety for breakfast. also if poori is offered. would prefer it freshly fried and puffed up.
