We had a terrible stay at Bed Chambers. The apartment was infested with cockroaches, so much so that they were inside the fridge, microwave, bedside drawers, apart from being on all open surfaces. The apartment had black mould growing across its kitchen and bathroom. When I shared the photos with the manager, he assured these will be fixed but only a cursory cleaning was done and nothing changed. I then raised the issue with their customer service team and Booking.com as well sharing that the property was in inhabitable and unliveable conditions. After giving them a chance to fix the issue, I was forced to leave the accommodation as the situation did not improve, forcing me to book another place on my own and pay additional costs for a last minute booking. At arrival Bed Chambers asked us to pay upfront for the entire duration of the stay on checking in. However when we was forced to leave the property within two days of checking in, Booking.com assured that we would be refunded for our stay but the property denied that request. For Booking.com to have such a property listed despite serious issues being raised by a customer is a concern, and for them to not resolve the issue of refund - breaks trust in both - the services provided by the accommodation as well as Booking.com.

the location was ideal for me as I was receiving dental implants nearby. the staff were excellent and all facilities were provided, In short, it felt like home.
