My parents went with my other relatives, I booked it for them based on the reviews but I would not ask anyone to stay here. My father has not eaten anything during the stay because of food quality. The place is religious center, you should expect the senior people and arrange facilities accordingly.

Location is good. Hanumangarhi, saryu river and Ram Janmbhoomi temple are within one km.

1. Room rent (4900 for 3 adults and 1 child) is much higher in comparison to facilities provided. 2. On arrival person present in reception told that your reservation is for different room. After producing my booking slip, they changed their stance. 3. No tea/coffee in room. After lot of followup we get a cup of tea in the morning. Only one person for serving tea for all rooms. 4. Airconditioner operation control is with hotel staff. After a lot of persuasion they started AC in night. 5. Ceiling fan was very noisy. This is no way a criticism but I hope there will be improvement in coming future. Presently all guest houses are getting walk in customers due to Ram Lalla darshan. However, hotels should provide facilities at par with other cities. Hope for improvement.

Room are very compact. Litterly there is no space to walk. No arrangement for keeping luggage bags. Not worth for money. Old house converted. Full of mosquitoes.
