Maintenance and services. Practically no service rendered.

The owner and staff's behaviour were very nice and they arranged commute vehicle for us in this peak season of tourism, hotel's location from temple is very convenient.

Room experience was not good. They didn't provide towels for 4 people. Only 2 soaps were provided. No electrical cattle. Room was not complete private as it was connected with other room through balcony. They asked for full money in advance. No proper GST bill was provided (GST rate was wrong). Bathroom mug was not clean. Booking was for 2 days but they provided only 3 towel once. Staff behaviour was not good as they were treating us as free customer. They asked for money before check in on phone. They said booking would be cancelled if not provided money in advance. Their behaviour was good after making complete payment at the time of check out.

Everything was great, Very helpful and cooperative staff. Overall experience was amazing, would recommend this guest house for long stay.

The guest house is located at a very convenient location, which is 400 meters from Ghat, 700 meters from Hanuman Gadi and ~ a km from Ram Mandir entrance ( though you have to walk ~2 KM inside the temple). We could not reach there by our vehicle, as it is right on Ram Path, but once in the guest house, we could cover every thing by foot or e-rikshaw for elderlies. The rooms had basic stuff for sleeping/resting nothing fancy but every thing clean and working ( geysers, taps, lights etc.) . It worked out very well for us. The best part was the Host. Dharmendra Ji. He took care of us very nicely and helped when our vehicle was not allowed to enter ( security). He even sent someone to our vehicle who tried, but could not succeed in taking the vehicle to guest house, and hence parked somewhere else. guiding through Darshans, and other events/places was very well done. He also helped us by allowing us to leave our luggage in the guest house after checkout and then opening up the toilets when we came back for collecting. Really happy for the host.

The room can have more pillows, blankets, towels and toiletries. For a room of 4 people there were only 2 towels and 1 soap ( for hand-wash) provided. When we asked for extra towels, blankets, pillows, they were provided, but few of the were used ( not clean). For the price we paid, this could have been a lot better.

Two things I most liked about this guest house are, 1) This place is especially suited for common people like me & 2) the behaviour of the owner, Sri Dharmendra Mishra ji, and the manager, Sri Rahul Mishraji, of the guest house who were so accommodative and friendly and helped me as and when requested. This guest house is comparatively new as I could understand and tried to provide the owner certain suggestions for improvement and he told me that at the earliest he will be trying to start a restaurant facility as well to provide tea and cheap but healthy food. And by then it will be a guest house with all facilities. I would love to visit this place again
