Location - very central.and convenient for shops and restaurants Appartment very spacious and reasonanly comfortable. Well heated

Cooker didnt filly work, lighting poor in kitchen and not well equipped. House in need of maintenance.

Beautiful property, spacious, very central and a short walk from popular tourist destinations.

As it is an old property which gives it charm, the sound insulation is very poor so you end up with noisy neighbours it may not be ideal. It was not a huge issue as the rule is that that there should be no noise after midnight.

Location is ideal for exploring the city centre and the beds are all very comfortable. The styling, furnishings and art work are all interesting and a little unexpected. The allocated parking space was a great bonus.

Even though there are three good size double bedrooms, the lounge was not really furnished for even four adults to sit comfortably. Sound travels very easily from upstairs apartment.

Great location 2min walk into downtown Reykjavik, good off street parking, clean and comfy!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is enormous, offering plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is truly impressive – large, fully equipped, and with a big dining table, perfect for shared meals. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, although two of them are adjoining with a connecting door, which might not suit everyone. The bathroom is large, though given the size of the apartment, an additional one would make it absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the main promenade and shops, yet in a quiet spot. Communication with the owner was excellent, very responsive and helpful. One small note: on Booking.com the address shows as building no. 2, but the actual entrance is at no. 4. It’s easy to find by matching the photos, so not a big issue. Overall, a wonderful place to stay – highly recommended!
