Sudurgata - Authentic Reykjavik Style Apartment

L'emplacement est parfait, proche du port et proche du centre-ville. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Le petit plus est le parking privé et l'arrivée autonome.

C'est une bâtisse ancienne et bruyante. Nous avons été dérangé par les locataires de l'étage supérieur très tôt le matin et tard le soir les pas faisaient vibrer les lustres. Notre avion était très tôt le matin, nous avons essayé d'être les plus discrets possible en quittant L'appartement pour ne pas déranger les locataires du dessous, mais je pense que c'est impossible.

Love the historic charm! Spacious and well appointed. The location can’t be beat. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Stained sofa and chair in one bedroom badly stained. Cupboard for glassware hinges loose. Oven was dirty Shower doors didn't meet properly

So close to downtown. Beautiful, grand old building, but unfortunately needing some TLC.

Apartment was dirty. Found dirty dishes in the oven left from à previous guest. Couch was stained. Electrical outlets in one of the bedrooms didn’t work.

Cleanliness could be better. There were even spiders on chevaliers. Also some kitchen stuff were dirty

The location of this property is excellent. The property is located a 1 minute walk from the city hall which we discovered is where all the tourist busses leave from. The hotel is also a 10 minute walk from the centre of the downtown area. The property is really big with three very big bedrooms. The kitchen is a lovely space to relax and have some food.

It would be nice if the living room had a few more seats. In the summer I don't think there is outside space but it is very close to all amenities.
