The codes for entrance were sent through prior to arrival and there was good communication throughout.

We were told we check in at 3pm however when we arrived only 1 room was ready and we were told we couldn’t access the other until 4pm which was a little disappointing as we still had our suitcases from arriving in Iceland at 9am that morning
