Very good location, large apartment, quite well equipped kitchen

No parking nearby, you have to walk 10 minutes to a free parking lot, noisy area, uncomfortable beds, especially the couch in the living room

Apartment was spacious. Good location. Key code made easy access and no need to carry a key around. Well equipped.

Nothing to do with the apartment but due to the location it was very loud. We were prepared for people walking past however not for a club opposite playing blasting music until 3am Thurs/Fri/Sat nights and people screaming whilst stood outside. It is something to be mindful of when booking however don't let it put you off.

The location of the apartment was great in the heart of the of city. Owner was really kind. It was warm and cozy inside the home with a good shower.

Both the building and the apartment door were accessed via keypad. No keys were necessary. The apartment was very spacious and perfectly located in the center of the city. It was fully furnished if you want to cook your own meals. The hosts provided a very detailed email with a link to their management portal that has tons of information everything you want to know during your stay. This is the apartment you want if you're going to Reykjavik.... just be sure to check the schedule for the event venue across the street so you know if you're going to sleep that night.

We had to park fairly far away, and we weren't expecting this facility to not have an elevator. The apartment had a lot of existing cosmetic damage. There was an incredible full body tower shower head that unfortunately was clogged up with mineral deposits, so the shower shot water everywhere and was not enjoyable to use. The rooms have detectors on the ceilings that flash very brightly and light up the room continuously through the night. The windows don't block out sound and this apartment is across the street from an event center which unfortunately for us, had a party all night, not ideal when you're traveling with small children or need sleep.

Nothing they lied about the location, and there was nothing positive about the place. If you like being directly over a bar maybe you will like it. The manager was difficult to contact and did not answer their phone.

It was supposed to be a hotel away from the downtown bars, it was an apartment that you need to walk through the kitchen of a bar to get to, incredibly loud, windows couldn't close, wrong info for keys.

Good communication with staff.Close to center.

I guess nothing can be done with the smell of the tap water, but that's the only thing that puts us off.

location, spaciousness, comfort - all excellent

It was hard to find the apartment. And within the building, the door was not marked or numbered so we had to ask the restaurant worker (in the same building) to help us.
