Ingolfsstræti Apartments by Heimaleiga

The location of the apartment is great - in the heart of Reykjavik, near everything you need! It is very spacious. It has almost anything you need.

It is administered by a company and people from the customer service don't know very well all the information. Cosmetics could be of a better quality. I am not interested in this aspect, but some are - it does not have a washing machine, only a dishwasher.

Location was perfect.

Noise from the street as it is above a busy bar , terrible location, parties held every night just unbearable

Very modern Apartment Right in the Middle of town.

Excellent location, looks as photos, I was a bit concerned about parking but easy to find nearby

The communal stairway and location above a cafe was a bit offputting initially, but apartment was lovely

The location was central and close to everything. The bedrooms were big enough and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a big dining table.

The small sitting area has only a tiny couch in front of the TV, and the oversized dining table makes the space inconvenient. Unfortunately, the dirty windows don’t help either. Additionally, there’s noise from the street, a fish-smelling restaurant on the ground floor, and no parking associated with the property. Check out by 10am or late check out for a fee.
