The area is beautiful.

Wall to restaurants and grocery store were both about 20 minutes away which is fine if it isn’t cold or rainy.

The property was in a very good location, just a short drive by car (which was provided) away from major sights and stores. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

"Short, but full"

Wonderful location and host. So close to the lighthouse, foot bath, and a quick drive to the main attractions in Reykjavik. Easy to see the Northern Lights when they are out - we could see them from the driveway, but only a 2 minute car ride to the foot bath and viewing spot near the lighthouse. Wonderful stay!
