location was fabulous

We found it easier to communicate with the host directly through WhatsApp. I would have liked it better if we could have messaged through Booking. But the host didn't respond on that thread, or at least not very timely. And I kept getting a canned message, ,on the booking chat, about sending passport info, with no replies to my response.

The apartment was clean, comfortable beds, nice towels, fantastic shower. The location is close to Campo, a bit loud at night , but ends early and the location is convenient to everything in Siena

Muy buena ubicación, el departamento muy cómodo, todo impecable, bien provisto de lo necesario para mis necesidades.

La puerta de entrada costaba un poco abrirla.

דירה מרווחת ומאובזרת. נעימה ונקייה. קומת קרקע, יש מיניסטור קרוב לדירה ואוטובוסים בכיכר ליד. המזגנים עובדים טוב מאד.

הכניסה עם המפתח היתה ממש לא נעימה, היה ממש צריך לריב עם הדלת... הדירה היא בקומת קרקע מהרחוב, ולכן היה הרבה רעש מהשכנים ואנשים שעברו ברחוב. ביום השני לא היו לנו מים חמים, המארחת אמרה שזה בגלל תקלה חיצונית. גם את הטלוויזיה לא הצלחנו להפעיל. תריס אחד היה תקוע, ולא הצלחנו לסגור אותו, כך שהשמש חיממה מאד את הבית. משהו אחר, הכללים של בעלת הבית היו מאד נוקשים... בגלל שהשתמשנו בשני החדרים, חייבה אותנו בסכום נוסף, כשביקשנו לבטל באיחור של יום אחד מהזמן האפשרי, בגלל שהיינו צריכים לילה נוסף, והיה תפוס, - קיבלנו סירוב. זה מאד העיב על האירוח והיה לא נעים.

"Appartement cosy en plein centre"

Emplacement idéal à 5min de la Grand Place. Il y a assez d’espace pour 4 personnes et tout l’équipement permet de passer un séjour sans se soucier de rien.

Peut-être rénover certaines parties (ex: porte d’entrée) et ce sera parfait

La propreté du logement et la proximité du centre historique. Je n’ai rien d’autre à ajouter

Le manque de disponibilité de l’hote qui n’est pas là pour vous aider si vous avez un problème. Je me suis retrouvé bloquée dans la ville avec mon véhicule. L’erreur que j’ai faite c’est d’avoir mis par habitude dans le GPS l’adresse du lieu où je dois me rendre au lieu de l’adresse indiquée par l’hôte. De plus, la serrure est vieille et il faut jouer avec la clé pour pouvoir ouvrir cette vieille porte.

Beautiful, charming, quaint, great location near a market. Quiet, beautiful comfortable bed and pillows and beautiful bedding. Smart TV was great and coffee supplied was very much appreciated. Also had a washer and a clothes line to hang damp clothes outside. Loved this place and will definitely return
