Casa in Contrada

The location was good, only a close walk to the square. The property was clean.

We could hear very loud music playing somewhere nearby on the Friday night we stayed. Maybe from the restaurant we could see from out our window. This music continued to play loud until well after 1am. We also found the host's way of communicating to be very direct and a little unfriendly, especially with the parking situation. More detailed information would of been be helpful. Maybe it was just her broken English but we had much more accommodating hosts throughout our stay in Italy with Booking.com

Very roomy, comfortable apartment with all the items necessary to cook some meals. We wanted some clothes pins and Maria left a whole new package at our door.

Beautiful apartment. Great location.

The apartment is well maintained and clean. Maria’s respond is fast. The location of the property is near to the square where restaurants can be found. About 7mins walk. Maria is very helpful. Spacious main bedroom.

The distance from the car park and the property is rather far. We are thankful to our driver who helped us to push the luggages. As it is an old town, the road is uneven which made it difficult to push the luggages. The door lock is old which made it difficult to open the door.

Great location for day trip out of Bologna via train

10/10 location. The apartment was inside the ZTL so managing our parking and moving our luggage was a challenge. Thankfully, the host Maria offered to prepare and submit a permit for us for 30 minutes in the ZTL so we could drop our luggage off. Clean apartment. Modern facilities (kitchen, bathroom). No washer and dryer, but there was a small laundromat 5 minutes away.
