Flat was nice and clean. Not very big, but comfortable fot 3 people. Well equipped kitchenette, everything we need was there. Flat decorated with nice style. A/C and wifi available. Free parking was available (limited space on the street or places round the corner next to the block od flats). Contactless check-in and out (locker for the key available). Good contact with the owner, detailed instructions provided, no problem with English Thank you!

Quite small capacity hot water boiler, we run out of hot water on 2 showers + one hair wash. The bathroom just "cut out" of the bedroom, without proper wall, but that is a minor issue. Somehow strange "Cage" on the entrance, but this is a kind of anti-threft device, which also gives a bit off "privacy" at the entrance, so not that bad.

The house was cosy and tastefully furnished with all requisite equipment. Situated off the main road. Close to public transport. The hostess was very supportive and helpful.

There wasn't much to not like.

Nice little apartment for a few nights. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Kitchen was well equipped, everything was fairly clean. You can't expect a perfect and modern flat for the price, but I still had a good time there.

Walls are thin and the neighbors are loud, especially during the evening/night. Bring earplugs and you won't have to bother about that. The bed is quite worn out.

Well, let me describe my experience. Looking at the pictures on booking and the notes in the review, I was expecting something decent. When I arrived I was skeptical from the very beginning when I saw that the house is actually an appendix, a kind of garage. But the location is not bad, so I said it will be ok. I walked in and was hit by a smell of chlorine covering a smell of mold and dampness. I wanted to open a window, but surprise, you only have one that faces a garbage patch and is stuck to another neighbor's window. Being late, we went to bed to sleep. Suddenly a light came on in the room and we thought someone had entered upon us. And people started talking to us in the house. It was actually the neighbor. Talk to your wife probably. And not very loud. I went to study our window. It was closed. But there is a window and a sliding door, through which you put your finger. So is the front door, through which you can see outside. Meanwhile, I couldn't breathe anyway from the smell. So I entered booking and looked for another accommodation at midnight. I had reserved two nights here, but I couldn't stay any of them. What do you say, do you want to try it?

The toilet is in the bedroom. Hot water is insufficient for bathing (runs out quickly). There was a thin blanket for the couch, for a third adult, and it's cold in February.

Landlord, Stefania is very kind and was very helpful when it came out wifi is not working. She stayed in touch with us to ensure we have good stay. The apartment is small but cosy. It is equipped in the most important things to made simple meal by yourself, what we did. There are also a tv and a dryer.

The apartment is located a bit far away,(30 min by foot) from historical center of Palermo. It wasn't so bad for us, but when you travel with kids or you don't want spend your time to getting there it could be problematic. We sometimes used lime or bus.
