the walls are terribly thin, so you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. the place is not suitable for rest and recharge. the mattress in the bed is old and uncomfortable. the staff was nice.

Good location, nice bright spacious apartment. Catarina was helpful and let us check in early. Close to beach & restaurants.

Bed needs a new mattress

We had wonderful holidays in San-Vito lo capo and residing in this hotel was amazing from the first day. Clean rooms, enough space, starter package with milk water snacks and coffee. Beautiful terrace. Convenient kitchen with cutlery and everything necessary. Underground parking for every apartment including charging station for electric cars. Quiet area. 10 minutes from the beach by slow walk. Good wifi. And all of that for an absolutely affordable cost for this area.

Excellent location, 50m to the beach. The windows face the courtyard, the street is quiet. The apartment had all the equipment listed: microwave, hair dryer, iron, dishes. Wi-Fi worked well. Excellent apartment for two.

Bad: bed, not enough cookware

Close to city centre and good location for climbing in The Scogliera di Salinella. The host was helpfull and was availble on Whatsapp and on site.

A big apartment with a nice balcony where you can have a meal (there was a table and some chairs there). Close to the beach. Everything is at a walking distance (bars, restaurants, Bakeries). Free parking. Easy check-in and check-out. Really nice shower with good water pressure. There was a sweet neighborhood cat that came to visit every morning.

The air-conditioner in the living room didn't work properly (didn't cool down the place). The bed (room 15) definitely needs a new mattress. Poor sound isolation of the room (we could here people talking and doing things in other apartments really well).
