Terrific location and beautifully clean. Wonderful terrace adjacent to the kitchen and living room. All very comfortable. Would happily stay again.

Would like an extra roll of toilet paper and some tissues. Everything else amazing

The location is very good, and that's the only major advantage you are paying for. The apartment is old and quite shabby, with narrow and steep stairs - you need to be very careful as you could really injure yourself. The lack of a coffee machine was also disappointing. There are no laundry supplies. I believe that the price does not correspond to the quality.

Great location with exceptional views, each night of our stay we saw Etna erupting.

The air conditioner in one of the bed rooms was not operating correctly, the other room was cold and one was not. The property owner did send staff to look at it but it did not improve, in the end we just put up with it, a technician needs to look at it.

The host was trying to charge us for additional bedsheets as we were 3 adults. Very uncomfortable furniture and small bathroom.

Stairs would be challenging for those with mobility issues. Bathroom very tight.

My apartment was lovely it gave me the space to relax on the incredible Terrace, the overlooked the sea and Mount Etna. Just a short stroll down the steps and your into the main shopping area with its Cafes and restaurants Wonderful gelato, clothes shops and Taverna. It was easy to get down to the beach by the cable car which was about a 10 minute walk from the apartment the apartment itself had everything I needed. I was thankful for the washing machine and I cooked meals for myself a couple of occasions when I didn’t really want to venture out . The shutters on the bedroom windows blocked out the light. I had such a great sleep. Sophie was really helpful. Anything that I needed she was there at the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. I loved staying at this property and I will definitely be returning.

I loved everything about the property however just for peoples awareness some people might find the steps up from the bedroom to the living room area a little bit steep but part of the charm of the property
