It was clean and comfortable with a great bed. Some breakfast things were provided. Live having a washing machine and balcony for drying (small rack and pegs provided. Roberto and his wife secured us a parking spot in the resident parking area, met us there then drove us towards apartment (still needed a bit of a walk). Excellent location for wandering. We were here the 1st Sunday in May so enjoyed the Festival of Santa Lucia in Piazza Duomo. There is a small supermarket at the end of the street

Wifi takes a while to appear but once found it is strong

The cozy flat is well located and has everything you need for a short trip. The balcony is especially nice to have. The real highlight is Roberto and Cinzia, however, who offered to drive us to and from the station and left welcome gifts including beer, nespresso pods and cakes. Highly recommend staying here.

The location of the place is amazing - right in the heart of Ortigia! Roberto and Cinzia were so lovely and responsive to any of our questions and even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station which we really appreciated. They provided some recommendations for things to do and dinner and were spot on. The room was lovely and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The place was tidy and clean and a kitchen and washing machine made is easy for us to get comfortable. I would recommend staying here and we would definately stay here again. Thank you Roberto and Cinzia for making our stay in Ortigia so easy and magical.

The location was great, and our hosts Roberto and Cinzia were very kind. It was great having a kitchenette and a little balcony for coffee and aperitivo time. It's a bit small, but a perfect base for exploring Ortigia.

An amazing place to stay! Truly the most helpful hosts I’ve ever experienced and nothing was ever a bother! Roberto and Cinzia were truly a delight to encounter on this trip. The apartment was super clean and they had thought of everything you needed. Loved the balcony too :) Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Located right in the heart of Ortigia. Central to everything. Cozy layout. Everything you need is available in the suite.

Roberto and his wife are super nice and hospitable! They picked us up from the bus station, braught us back as well and enabled an early check-in and late check-out. Very rare on booking.com to have such lovely hosts. The location is perfect.

For two people the appartment is a bit small (we didn't mind though). wifi is sometimes weak.

Super comfy, cosy & clean with every whim catered for. Ideal location close to restaurants, Ortigia sights, sounds & flavours plus all the action in the squares. Very obliging hosts. Thank you Roberto & Cinzia! 🫶
