Perfect for exploring old city. Traditional building which was thoughtfully equipped. Very comfortable and great to have access to a small kitchenette and washing machine. Loved sitting on balcony with a glass of wine. The hosts were exceptionally kind picking us up from train station & checking in that we had everything we wanted

We liked it all. Only small thing was the internet clearly worked better towards the front of the property (rather than where the bed was).

Fantastic small apartment in a quiet street but close to the main areas. Lovely balcony just room for 2, wonderful place to sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. Had everything we needed for our short trip. But the best part by far was our hosts Roberto and Cinzia, who were the most hospitable people we have ever met, from meeting us at the bus station and dropping us back at the station to ensuring that we had everything we needed in the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Our stay in Ortigia was unforgettable, thanks to the kindness and hospitality of our wonderful hosts. Host communition was excellent; unobtrusive, yet very caring. Although our bus arrived 2 hours behind schedule, we were welcomed at the station, driven to the accommodation, and helped to settle in. Even traveling without a car, we found the location very convenient. It is very close to a well-stocked and friendly mini-market store and within easy walking distance of good restaurants, local and extra-urban bus stops, and Ortigia's many attractions, founded in rich culture and ancient history. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Nothing was lacking for our comfort and enjoyment! We appreciated the quiet, efficient air-conditioning in the summer heat. We also found generous welcoming touches, such as beer and little breakfast cakes. Our hosts provided maps and tips about the area. Despite their busy family life, they sent a small message each day during our stay to check if we needed anything. We were scheduled to catch the night train on our last day, so we enquired if we could pay for an extra night and check out late. Instead, we were gifted a VERY late check-out, along with a lift to the station, with farewell hugs all round. What can we say? We came expecting only accommodation and departed enriched by a new and treasured friendship. For travelers wishing to experience the true embodiment of the legendary Sicilan hospitality; look no further. We absolutely recommend these wonderful hosts and their excellent accommodation!

Great location for exploring Ortigia Perfect studio apartment for 2 people sharing Really well presented with exceptional facilities in the apartment, practical and homely. Very happy to recommend a stay here. It’s tucked down a quiet side street but really easy to walk to all of the tourist hotspots

The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The location was really good - close to all the sights of Ortigia but on a quiet street. Our hosts Cinzia and Roberto were great and very kind - found us a parking space on the island and showed us to the apartment. Good value for Ortigia.

The apartment is a little small and the balcony narrow. Wi-Fi wasn’t always great.

This beautiful apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the old city of Ortigia Siracusa . It is an original building but inside it is totally refurbished in a very tasteful way and the hosts are such lovely people. They even picked us up from the station ! There is plenty of space ,everything you need in the kitchen area and lovely little extras, like treats for our breakfast and drinks in the fridge . It is a very quiet road , yet in the heart of the town. We would definitely recommend , perfect hosts .

Our hosts, Roberto and Cinzia were very helpful. They were able to give us a late check-in and even offered to meet us at the train station and bring us to the accommodation and took us back at the end of our stay. The location right in the centre of town.
