Real Taste of Siena

We loved the location, the spaciousness, the style and comfort! We appreciated the host waiting for us to arrive ...good and prompt communication.

Rooms were great size, queen beds, nice living room. Great location. Beautiful apartment! Everything worked well. Wifi good. Zoe and Vit had good communication, Luca not so much.

A bit noisy and add-on "cleaning" fee was a bit much. Claim parking is 25€ with hotel discount but it was actually 35€/nt (no discount).

Location was outstanding, cleanliness was excellent and Gothic charm of the apartment amazing, as well as the spaciousness of all the rooms. Supermarket was a 3 minute walk. Situated right in amongst all the highlights of the old city as well as top & affordable restaurants & shopping. Close to taxi pickup & the bus station. The host ensured we had all we needed & responded immediately. Everything was supplied. Even checked in on the phone that all was well.

Being so central & on ground level the apartment is also on a main pedestrian route which meant the noise level was quite late into the night some evenings, especially the weekends. Fortunately there was a middle 3rd bedroom which was very quiet. The other 2 bedrooms experienced the high volume of noise even through the double glazing.

Location, location, location. This is where you want to stay in Siena - only a few steps from the Siena Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Plus the set up is amazing for a group of up to 6 people. I would stay here again in a second.

A bit noisy at night. But it was not too bad .

It was absolutely 5 stars. Seemed to be totally remodeled recently. 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, wonderful dining room/kitchen area with arched ceiling with frescos. Great neighborhood, terrific location basically in the heart of the City Center, less than 100 meters from Piazza del Campo in one direction and 100 meters to Duomo di Siena in the other direction. The owner/host was very nice and even helped us get advance dinner reservations at a popular restaurant before we arrived in Italy. It was the best accommodation we had during our 16 days in Italy. It is on the ground floor with no stairs, but the bedrooms are split-level with very few steps. Wi-Fi was good.

No Air Conditioning, which wasn't a problem in early October; but might be uncomfortable in the summer. But it does have a small dehumidifier unit and several fans. Similar to most apartments in Italy, the windows and shutters do not stop any street noise at night or in the morning. Noise from garbage pick-up starts at dawn. Instructions for using the washing machine would be helpful.

Gorgeous decor, great beds, just steps from all the main attractions and shops.

Noisy at night, shower needs some tlc

This is an elegant property with a very fine frescoed ceiling in the main room downstairs. It is very close to the Campo and the Duomo which makes it ideal, right in the heart of historic Siena. Luca was extremely helpful.

It is a little noisy at night but the shutters help and one soon gets used to it.
