Giovio Loft by "The House Of Travelers"

Everything was perfect. Clean rooms, bathroom and sheets. Enough space for everything. They had anything you need there. Kitchen, utensils, hairdryer, washing machine even! The AC was on when we checked in which was perfect in the August heat! Location is also perfect - near restaurants and shops, walking distance to everything important - station, lake, bus station, ferries, etc.

Location and they let us check in early

Basic amenities and no welcome pack (even coffee) Instructions didn't match those emailed. Weird front door with full opaque glass that led straight into bedroom so felt lack of privacy. It's obviously a former part of the dentist practice. It was cold and pictures in guidance didn't match the heating controls and sadly no response from owner when asking for help.

The property was really comfortable, well decorated too. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with supplies.

Only thing was that the shower leaked but that was manageable during our stay.

The property is ideally located in Como city center. We enjoyed the comfort of the sofa and the bed. The hosts are responsive and helpful !

Unfortunately it is right next door to a dentist cabinet that blasts cold AC 24/7, and since the bedroom is located nearest to that shared entrance it gets quite cold. Additionally, the shower gets extremely hot (burnt my partner) or extremely cold, and can be hard to adjust. It also leaks onto the bathroom floor.
