The stairs has to be bigger and not white for privacy. It shouldn't expose the people inside the flat

The location was very good.

It didn’t match up to the description that was on the website. Ants in the kitchen area. Apartment was damp and attached to a dentists office so noise had us awake early.

The location was excellent. Bed comfortable, sheets were clean and crispy. Staff very kind, when requested an extra sheet they brought it within a couple of hours. Easy to find the key and check in.

The apartment is sharing the entrance with a dentist practice, we were over the weekend and it was quiet. The separate door to the apartment cannot be closed with a key, so in case the dentist is open the apartment is open too :/. For us this wasn’t a problem, but might be good for others to know if they plan on renting the place for longer. The toilet seat was broken, and the shower was extremely moldy and was leaking after use. Also, there were an army of ants. All this didn’t bother us as we were out 90% of the time, didn’t eat there and only spent 2 nights.

Cosy apartment close to city centre, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped, we got only two shower gel samples and a soap in the bathroom, but we used our own toiletries.

The front door was made of glass, once in the evening someone came to the office opposite, so a curtain would be nice there.

Lovely quiet location. Well equipped. All round great apartment in a nice building.

The location was great, being right in the town of Como. It was an easy 15 minute walk from the train station, which was great because it was in a pedestrian-only area. The check-in instructions provided were easy to follow, the only additional thing I would mention to make it easier is that the lockbox is across on the wall opposite from the door, not on the same side. The inside was exactly as pictured, which was great.

There's a slight trick to locking the inside door - you need to push it forward into the doorframe before it will allow you to lock - this would have been good to know in the instructions as I was worried at first the door didn't lock properly.
