Camera tipica pentru Matera, foarte mare, amenajata cu mult bun gust.

Usor miros de igrasie si umezeala. Un dezumidificator ar fi util in camera.

OK this *was* hard to get to (should have figured out the city bus from the parking lot! We took it on the way back. Way more convenient!). But after arriving, it is even better than what you were expecting based on the pictures. So well decorated, spacious, comfortable, elegant... and then there's the location and walking around at night and in the morning before tour groups arrive. It's amazing. How do they also get great wifi from inside a cave? I don't know, but we loved the whole experience!

Directions from the parking on how to find and pay for the shuttle (that is a red city bus) could be a little clearer... the walk was way longer than I thought and also a bit tricky (as noted in the info).

La experiencia de dormir en Sassi en un lugar como este nos encantó. La ubicación, decoración y equipamiento nos sorprendió por su diseño y funcionalidad. Es cierto que es subjetivo, pero nosotros volveriamos a repetirlo sin dudar y recomendarlo enfaticamente.

Nada que dependa del alojamiento. Al estar en Sassi hay que caminar y caminar... pero definitivamente vale la pena y no requiere un estado físico superior.

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Apartament urządzony w byłej jaskini robi niesamowite wrażenie i tworzy niepowtarzalny klimat. Wszystko było bardzo czyste, zadbane i dopracowane w każdym detalu. Ogromnym atutem jest również przepiękny widok na stare miasto, który dodaje temu miejscu jeszcze więcej uroku. To idealne miejsce dla osób szukających czegoś oryginalnego, klimatycznego i komfortowego. Zdecydowanie polecam!

We had to let fresh air in, but thats totally understandable ( its a cave)

Amazing spacious cave apartment, unique,, pictures don't do it justice! Beautiful. Comfy main bed. Great shower, great TV, nice coffee machine. Perfect location.

Additional bed provided for my daughter was not comfortable, just a mattress on a floor basically, bit of a shame, but we managed to fit on the spacious main bed.
