"Excellent property and location."

We were met by the owner at the property so it couldn't have been better. The location, with views over the town and easy access to the main areas and attractions was superb. The facilities were very comprehensive and the rooms very comfy.

We had a great stay at Giorgio’s apartment. It was extremely comfortable, the interiors were stunning, it was super clean and the balcony was just beautiful. We loved sitting out there overlooking beautiful Modica. Also great free parking nearby.

Beautifully decorated throughout. Very spacious with lots of amenities. Wonderful views. Outstanding host.

We are an older couple. It was many steps to take luggage up to the car after checkout. The host helped us with our bags during check in.

"I highly recommend this superb apartment in the heart of Modica."

Giorgio was a great host - told us where to park the car near the property and helped us with our luggage down the steps to the apartment. The property is just like the photos - beautifully furnished with everything you need to stay for a week or more. We didn’t use the kitchen very much as there are so many good bars and restaurants nearby but it was well equipped. There is a great little balcony with a view of Modica - so pretty at night - and a small garden area where you can sit in the sun in the afternoon after a day’s exploring - Ragusa, Scicli, Ispica and beaches all within 20 minutes drive.

The steps up and down into Modica town were not a problem for us but might not be suitable for everyone.

The property is extremely well located for the main sites of Modica and has fantastic views from all windows and the outside terrace. Very well decorated in our opinion and extremely comfortable. We were left a very generous welcome gift in the fridge and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. We were met on arrival by a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is highly recommended.

It is excellent accommodation but due to large number of stairs will not be suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities
