This is a fantastic apartment, lovingly, decorated by Giorgio. it is spacious and comfortable with amazing views. Giorgio was kind and very responsive.

We did not mind the walk up and down to town (worked off the delicious meals we had), but, if one has a hard time walking hills/stairs etc, this might not be the right place for you.

You would not be able to reach a better understanding of Modica than to sit out on the terrace of this apartment and observe the view of this city being presented in front of you. Marvelous apartment, beautifully located with an exceptional, kind and welcoming host.

An exceptional house, extremely comfortable, decorated with such an exquisite taste. Giorgio welcomed us with small gifts (bottles wine and pastries) and left various daily products. Clearly and by far the best accommodation of our entire trip.

this is an exceptional property furnished to the highest standards in keeping with traditional traditions.it is spotlessly clean, and equipped with every need you can think of. Giorgio our host met us on arrival showed us where to park and provide very insightful insight into the area along with superb restaurant recommendations The2re is a lovely peaceful feeling in the property and the balcony facing south west enjoys the sun all day with a delightful view across the whole of Modica.

"Wonderful apartments with view and great host"

Everything was impeccable! The host very responsive and helpful. Apartment is very spacious, clean, beautifully furbished, airy, light and has a wonderful terrace. A few steps from main sights and restaurants. One of the best apartments I ever stayed in. Would love to come back one day.
