Upstairs and terrace

The shower room smells and is full of limescale and not inviting for showers There are no larger cups or mugs for tea and instant coffee The pod was left in the coffee machine which was mouldy There was no tea towel There was insufficient lighting in the kitchen and living space and bedroom WiFi doesn’t work at all

Great location and lovely balconies to enjoy the evening light.

Broken toilet seat and leaking electric kettle. Both reported on first day. Nothing done.

The location is incredible, the bed was comfortable and terrace with the deck chairs just perfect. The views from the apartment were beautiful.

The front door was a nightmare to open. Each time it took over 5 goes to get in the apartment. Even though the owner warned us (and gave us 2 sets of keys to try) it was very frustrating as getting in the door was a challenge every time. It is worth noting there are 6 flights of stairs and quite steep and whilst this was no problem for us it would certainly be a struggle for most. The shower did have mould in the tiles and the windows were dirty in the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen needed some minor repairs with the back steel coming away from the wall, the tap needs to be repaired and the freezer is sticky taped shut and full of frost. The couch needed to be cleaned.

Great location just off Piazza del Campo but still very quiet as on the third floor. Nice views of the Torre del Mangia and the cathedral dome from the balcony. Managers were helpful when I had problems getting the front door open and when there was a problem with a window.

Sticky front door was stressful until I worked out the ’knack’. A/C only upstairs in kitchen/living room so bedroom was rather hot on some nights. Could be cleaner, especially window sills and shower.

Location is really good

There’s a window inside the home facing some else home. This was not written before. All night the light form the Neighbor was on and passed through this unknown window facing the bed room. It was impossible to sleep.

Location, Terrace

A fantastic location in the absolute centre Siena with a beautiful balcony to sit out out on.

The bathroom was mouldy.

Stairs were challenging for people in late 70’s age group although owner was helpful with the luggage on arrival. We enjoyed the views and facilities in the upstairs living/dining area.
