LA COSTARELLA - Central with Cozy Terrace

Perfectly located, terrace is cozy and beautiful

Shower sink was a bit clogged therefore water sometimes stagnated

This is not really an apartment, but an attic room accessed by narrow and poorly lit stairs with a shabby shed on the roof. The bed was too narrow for two adults. There were not enough extra blankets. The heating was programmed to turn on for a short time in the morning and a short time in the evening and is controlled remotely from the office via the internet, but the WiFi internet was of very poor quality or non-existent. We had to call them three times during the three nights we stayed and have them come and turn on the heating manually. It was minus 3 degrees outside at night.I don't feel comfortable. Two lamps were not working and the lighting in general was not enough. The refrigerator had a broken door on the freezing chamber, which kept falling off. The photos are old and there were no carpets in the shed at all, just a cold floor. We are very disappointed.

This was such a great apartment for a five day stay. It is a stones throw from Del Campo and close to lots of restaurants and three supermarkets. It had all the facilities we needed including a microwave, large fridge and even a dishwasher. The air-conditioning was a life saver during the heatwave in July and it was lovely to sit and drink some wine on the terrace in the early evening.

The location made our trip feel so much easier and that we were part of the neighborhood. The way it was decorated was charming and worthy of memories and stories that we will be telling friends and family. The views of the major monuments lit up with natural and artificial lighting was magnificent and truly unique. We were able to save money with cozy meals in the apartment as it was fully stocked with everything we needed, supplies picked up at a convenient near-by grocery store.

While we were able to navigate the many steps up to the apartment itself, the additional set of stairs in the apartment warranted some safety concerns for those who may have physical difficulties and/or young children.

Fantastic apartment, very central but also quiet. Great, private balcony/ roof terrace. I would absolutely book again!
