Casa Nilla

A beautiful, well equiped Casa, 5 minutes outside Historical city. Parking behind the property was possible every day ( in June ). A lovely view & across the road from a lovely beach ( Porto Rosso ). The Hosts were so excellent & friendly, & everything was made available that could be needed 👌🥂 Nice provisions also on arrival

Up 2 flights of stairs ( with luggage !) but a lovely view & balcony when you get there.

Beautiful location across from the beach. It is a 7-10 minute walk to the old town. Parking of our car was easy as they have a beach parking area across the street from the property. We loved the patio where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and dinner at night. They have a great restaurant (Porto Rosso) within a 3 minute walk. The pizza was excellent. Having a washing machine to use was extremely helpful as we were only half way through our trip when we stayed here. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Monopoli. Our hosts were very helpful with information and any questions we had.

We liked everything!

Excellent location - close to the city center. Free parking with a lot of space (in January) - closest parking is paid during summer. Clean and spacious apartment, had everything we needed. Second floor - it means beautiful views from the balcony (sunrise and sea), but also stairs (not a problem for us at all). We had a wonderful stay.

The property had a very beautiful view , it’s very clean , full equipped with everything you want. In the fridge I had water and juice, and of course a selection of chocolate candies and coffee. The location is very closed to the city center.

Lovely, comfortable apartment. Convenient location. Great view. Host was away, but daughter and boyfriend filled in and were very helpful.

There are 42 steps up to the apartment and no elevator. We didn’t mind, but it is a long way to carry luggage.

Very clean modern & well appointed. Parking is straight across the road . Nice view of the sea and plenty of cafes/restaurants close by Also very easy walk to the old town

The location was amazing with a wonderful little beach across the street. The views from the balcony of the sea were awesome.

Exceptionally clean with all the facilities you need such as well equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable living room and sunny balconies. Proximity to town, beach and parking. Warm and friendly hosts.
