Casa Nilla

I like the location close to the beach and a short walking distance to the town. The appartment was very well equipped and our host left us some snacks and drinks as a welcoming gift. I would definitely stay there again. There was a private beach across the road with a restaurant, bar and beach loungers (12€ for the day). The supermarket is about a 10/15 minute walk away.

You had to separate the different bins (plastic, bottles, mied waste, paper). This is not the owners fault and I suppose it is being Eco responsable.

We met the owners directly. They were proud of their place and left us a variety of local produce and drinks. They also gave us a nice set of recommendations for local restaurants. Nice people.

We were met by our hosts at the apartment, who were very helpful and friendly - and had left fresh fruit, local speciality breads and cold drinks as a welcome gift which was such a nice touch. We had an amazing week in the apartment. We would highly recommend it.

The owner gifted us with local treats, recommended us great local restaurants so we tried great food. The place was clean. The owner waited for us even though we were there later when we expected and was eager to answer all of our questions. We were in touch while we stayed in the Casa Nilla, the owner vas responsive and friendly. The view was perfect!

Lack of dishwasher

Casa Nilla is a large, very comfortable, well resourced apartment. Katia and Paolo were very welcoming and helpful. Thanks also to Vito, their English speaking friend. Excellent area, great view over the sea, across the road from a swimming beach, and a few minutes stroll into the old town. Free parking was easy in September. Monopoli is a wonderful Puglian town, with an historic centre on the sea, surrounded by a more modern and less touristy area. The whole town is full of excellent restaurants, all within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is a very comfortable base for exploring a large part of Puglia. We will return to Casa Nilla.

Great location - close to the beaches (Public and private), 10min walking distance from the old city. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. The apartment has every single facility you can imagine. A stunning sea view.
